JDCF is a 501 3C Non-Profit Organization.
If you would like to make a Monetary Donation to JDCF Click on the GIVE ICON to the right. It will download a pdf file for you to print. Please fill out the form, and mail in with your check.
Donations can be public, or you can choose to remain annonymous. All donations can be Tax deductible, and there is a box on the form where you can check for us to send you back a receipt for your kind donation. Donations in ANY AMOUNT are appreciated. There is even a place where you can CHOOSE where your donation is used.
